Where are your Products from?
Our Products are 100% authentic and imported directly from overseas.

How do I know if Stocks are available for your Products?
All our products are IN-STOCK unless otherwise stated!

How do I place an Order?
Please email your orders to beautytouches@gmail.com by providing the following information:

Delivery Preference: Meetup at Bedok MRT / Meetup at Bugis MRT / Normal Mail Postage / Registered Mail (requires top-up)

Upon confirmation of orders, we will reserve the item(s) for you. Kindly proceed with the payment and keep us informed within 24 hours to secure your orders.

Postage or Meet-up will be arranged the following day (weekday for meet up) after receiving your payment.

What are the Payment Modes?
We accept Online Transfers & ATM Bank Transfers to the following DBS savings account:

Can I pay cash on delivery?  
No.  Payment is to be made in full before any postage / meet up can be confirmed. 


How can I receive my orders?
You can receive your orders via postage delivery or direct meet-ups at Bedok or Bugis MRT Station.

Do you do meet-ups at other locations other than those mentioned above?
Our schedule is tight and in order to save time and costs, we are only able to meet at the above mentioned venues.  If you have a large order, we can arrange for a courier service to deliver your items to your desired location and timing at your convenience. 
Otherwise for regular orders, registered mail / meet-ups are recommended if you are afraid your items go missing or get damaged during the mailing process.  

How long does it take to process my orders? 
Estimated processing order will approximately takes about 7 - 10 working days.  Upon receiving your order email, we will reply within 24 hours and you need to make payment within the next day upon receiving our confirmation.  We will send out your items within 2 - 3 working days upon receiving your payment.  Parcel will reach you in 3 - 5 working days later. 


Estimated pre-order lead-time is 2 - 4 weeks subject to pre-order closing date.  


Sometimes due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailable, delay in overseas shipment, etc) some orders may experience delay.  We do our best to minimize such events.


I did not receive the invoice email and payment instructions after placing an order.
Check your Spambox or Junkmail.  Add beautytouches@gmail.com to your address book.  If you are unable to find the email, you can request for us to send you a copy again via email.


Do I need to pay for any Postage / Delivery Fees?
We offer free postage on all items to locations within Singapore (valid till 31 Oct 2011). We
deliver using Singpost Standard Local Mail Service.

What happens to lost mail for Normal Mail Postage?
We will not be responsible for any lost mail by normal postage.   Hence, we strongly encourage Registered Mail, with an additional charge of S$2.50.

I choose to deliver by Registered Mail.  It has been more than 1 week and I have not received the delivery.  What should I do?
You can call SINGPOST Hotline: 1800 222577 / +65 6222 5777 OR visit SingPost website.  If we receive returned mails, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery.  Delivery fee will be charged again.

 
Can I adjust or modify my order?
Your order is final once it has been processed (i.e. once invoice and payment are in).  If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do email us asap and we will try our best to help you.  Cancellation will not be possible. 


Can I reserve an item?
To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations.  Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.
How are the Products packaged?
We package our products with bubble wrap before posting out to prevent damages during delivery.
