Exchange / Refund Policy

All items will be carefully checked before sent out.  In the event if we missed out any defective area, we deeply apologise and will do an exchange for you, provided below details are fulfilled:

  • Original plastic cover must be retained & tag must not be removed. 
  •  Please check merchandise once you received them.  Worn/washed items are not accepted.
  • Exchange can only be done within 7 days from item received date. 
  • We do not accept other reasons for exchange/refund other than defective items received. 
  • Self caused damages will not be accepted. (i.e. item size is too small & was torn when trying it on etc.)
  • Please include at least 2 clear pictures showing overview of itme & close up on defective area with plastic cover & tag.
  • If same item is out of stock at point of exchange, we will either replace by another item of your choice or refund. 
  • Return postage cost will be reimbursed once item is received.  Please keep receipt for verification purpose. 
NOTE:  If item is found not to be in said condition, customer will have to bear all costs including postage.
